Lance, who was my sales person is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. The installer came out today and it took him less than 2 hours to install the new vents. For now it looks like he did a good job from looking at it from the ground (I don't get on roofs anymore). I am glad I selected Bigfoot Roofing. They seem to back up their work. As a former Mayoral candidate and native in Jacksonville I have preached that we need to keep the good companies and get rid of the bad companies. So I highly endorse and recommend Bigfoot Roofing to everyone who either needs a new roof or repairs to a roof. I also find their pricing to be reasonable. He inspected my roof, explained their products, and the entire reroofing process. He was very patient and professional. Just had a reroofing from Bigfoot. Very pleased. Lance H. came out, did the estimate and explained the process thoroughly. I was worried about the peak of the roof because i had a leak that had attracted termites. Turns out, termites didn't do much damage. Miguel and team took the time to replace side trim pieces, as well as main plywood. My roof is extremely steep, and these aren't easy replacements. Especially in August heat. This was our first experience replacing a roof. We called four different companies and they kind of gave us the half estimate and sent it in the email and some did not even meet with us. So, we called Bigfoot roofing company and lance Holman called us back. He came over to the house and inspected the roof and gave us a thorough estimate in writing and sent the pictures in the email and provided us with a folder with company’s credentials and sample of shingles and everything associated with it and also explained to us the process. We even called him back multiple times and he took the time to come over and showed us the actual shingles. price was in the middle and no hidden costs. Lance Holman answered his phone every time we called him unlike other roofing companies. He also presented us with a detailed timeline with precision and who our production manager is going to be. Lance Holman was extremely professional and respectful. The day of the installation we might Mike Gordon, production manager, and he introduced himself and he presented himself with professionalism and respectfulness to my wife and I. He was very accommodating to us and coordinated installation very well. Finally, our high regards to the crew who installed the roof. They were very professional and respectful to us and cleaned up the nails and older materials every few hours. We suffered extensive damage to our roof during Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral, FL. After trying unsuccessfully to connect with many local Roofing Contractors a friend referred me to Lance Holman, Sales Consultant for Bigfoot Roofing of Jacksonville, FL. I dialed Lance and he literally picked up on the first ring. We established a date and time to meet and Lance arrived on time! We conducted a walk around and then Lance began preparing a quote; I received a completed quote, copy of his state license and copies of his insurances. Once I received HOA Architectual Review Committee approval and my initial check from my insurance company, I called Lance to sign the documents and we agreed on a day and time. Again, Lance arrived on time! Upon signing the documents and paying 25% down, he set the date that my roof supplies would arrive ( Dec., 14) along with a dumpster (from a 3rd party), and the date the roofers would begin (Dec., 16). At 7:00 AM on 12/14 the supplier knocked on the door with his delivery; shortly thereafter, the dumpster was placed in the driveway. On Dec., 16 the roofing crew arrived at 7:00 AM and immediately started removing the old roof. At 9:56 AM the next day; the last shingle had been placed and the entire site was clear of all evidence that they had even been there. I cannot praise Lance Holman enough for his thoroughness throughout the project and I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Mike Gordon, Project Manager as well as the entire crew who very professionally and with craftsmanship. Thank you all at Bigfoot Roofing & Construction! By the way, because of Lance and Mike, I am pretty confident that our Church will be contracting with Bigfoot Roofing and Construction to replace our two roofs in Punta Gorda, FL as well. First of all, wow! A little history: our house was built in 1960 with a flat roof on half and pitch on the other. It needed a pitch on the flat roof, to be re-roofed, a front porch, and a front door. It was a long process to find someone willing to tackle this project. Bigfoot roofing was the one company that seemed willing to do this project. All the other companies way overbid on their pricing. Bigfoot roofing was very reasonable with their bid, and every crew that came out for Bigfoot to work on the project (including framing crew, roofing crew, and dry wall crew) was very professional and did an exceptional job. We have used Bigfoot Roofing twice now. We had to replace the roof on a home we sold. They just finished the roof on the home we live in now. Everything was as promised. Lance was our representative and I have given his card to several people who have asked who did our roof. We have a group who do the "dinner" walk around the block and they commented on how quickly it was done and on how great it looks. Lance suggested we do a ridge vent vs the other vents we had. We got a new roof from Bigfoot and it's a 10 out of 10! The entire team is awesome...from the front office girls who do scheduling, to Lance who's out in the field doing estimates/bids, right down to the crew onsite & foreman performing work. Lance was honest and followed through with everything he promised. The crew was efficient, organized & tidy. We would highly recommend Bigfoot to anyone who asks!

Had roof installed at the end of October. Interviewed 8 companies and the best customer service was from Bigfoot. The price was fair, it took 2 days to complete. They had 8 guys on the first day and 10 on the second day. Very knowledgeable crew, very caring about our home and our landscape. We dealt with Lance, John and Kyle who answered promptly any questions or concerns that we might have had. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They only asked for 25% down and did not ask for balance until they were sure that we were completely satisfied. Now that is true CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We were referred to Bigfoot Roofing by a friend. When I called, I had the pleasure of speaking with Lance. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the process to me, making me feel like I was his only client. When roof replacement day came, the team of roofers started very early and when I left for work, there was stuff everywhere!!!! When I got home later that evening, everything was cleaned up and they were preparing to leave. My biggest concern were the nails, so I conducted an inspection of my own and as Lance promised, we didn't have any nails left behind. Big Foot Roofing is the best. Lance is very professional and honest. Big Foot price is reasonable. The roofing crew was scheduled at 8:00am and they was there WORKING at 8:00am. Due to Hurricane Irma, I was forced to file an extensive insurance claim for roof, interior drywall and painting and fence replacement. As a homeowner, this was my first experience in needing a contractor for repairs. I began my search on January 15, 2018. I got a referral from a friend for Bigfoot Roofing: I worked with Lance Holman to get an estimate. He was very professional and gave me an estimate on site. When the roof work started I was impressed with how the men where very polite and did great work. I have dogs so I was concerned about nails but they did a great job of cleaning up. I also had a chimney repair and worked with Bruce and his team. All in all I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
