From the very beginning working with Bigfoot Roofing was an absolute pleasure. I phoned in and made an appointment with Lance Holman. He arrived on time, introduced himself and went about evaluating our damaged roof from hurricane Ian. Within an hour he had his proposal ready, sat down with me and went through every process of the project, showed us materials to choose from and a time frame to be completed.very professional and detailed in every manner. We scheduled our appointment in the coming days. And he reconfirmed the entire schedule of material arrival, drop box for the tear off and start of work. Every process was on time, very professional and the roof looks fabulous and the yard and plants all fully protected and clean up was detailed. We are very pleased!! Randy and Rae Cape Coral Fl

If your Googling roofing companies you can stop here. I vetted for over two months and interviewed and got estimates from more than a dozen roofing companies. Bigfoot won the bid. They did an absolutely outstanding job. Two solid days of work as they addressed every one of our concerns. Project Manager stayed engaged and the six workers never stopped. They repaired wood rot and tied into our Florida room which were two areas we were concerned about. Workers spent nearly two hours canvassing the yard for debris after they were done. It’s refreshing to know that there’s a professional roofing company here in. Jacksonville.

This was our first experience replacing a roof. We called four different companies and they kind of gave us the half estimate and sent it in the email and some did not even meet with us. So, we called Bigfoot roofing company and lance Holman called us back. He came over to the house and inspected the roof and gave us a thorough estimate in writing and sent the pictures in the email and provided us with a folder with company’s credentials and sample of shingles and everything associated with it and also explained to us the process. We even called him back multiple times and he took the time to come over and showed us the actual shingles. price was in the middle and no hidden costs. Lance Holman answered his phone every time we called him unlike other roofing companies. He also presented us with a detailed timeline with precision and who our production manager is going to be. Lance Holman was extremely professional and respectful. The day of the installation we might Mike Gordon, production manager, and he introduced himself and he presented himself with professionalism and respectfulness to my wife and I. He was very accommodating to us and coordinated installation very well. Finally, our high regards to the crew who installed the roof. They were very professional and respectful to us and cleaned up the nails and older materials every few hours. They installed the roof with a combination of art and technology and did a beautiful job. The crew was extremely courteous.

A recent roof leak left us with a need to have our roof tarped while we wait for insurance adjusters to evaluate the damage. Ethan did a very thorough exam of the roof, examined where the leak was coming from and even checked inside. He was pleasant and professional. We had the pleasure of a second visit when someone removed the tarp to examine the damage and didn't replace it properly. Ethan/Big Foot came back out quickly and took extra care in ensuring the tarp was placed correctly and reinforced. Highly recommend.
