A recent roof leak left us with a need to have our roof tarped while we wait for insurance adjusters to evaluate the damage. Ethan did a very thorough exam of the roof, examined where the leak was coming from and even checked inside. He was pleasant and professional. We had the pleasure of a second visit when someone removed the tarp to examine the damage and didn't replace it properly. Ethan/Big Foot came back out quickly and took extra care in ensuring the tarp was placed correctly and reinforced. Highly recommend.

Bigfoot roofers made my dreams come true. My new roof was replaced extremely fast, the workers were professional, hard working, great dudes. Blake, my salesman was awesome. He was great about walking me theough the insurance clames,showing me damage and what i would be in for. Blake was great about keeping in touch with progress, they also had a pro team come and remove solar panels and all. Great experience. Nick, Blake and the whole crew were great. Bigfoot Roofing accepted the challenge of doing a re-roof at the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority house. Our beautiful house is located in a historical community. We consulted with Lance during the entire process. Lance was familiar with our sorority and knew that we wouldn’t accept anything less than perfection. He was very knowledgeable of the process in caring for historical homes and permits that needed to be pulled. The entire process was worry free. Just wanted to say again to the guys at Bigfoot, thank you again for treating us like the queens that we are.
