We were referred to Bigfoot Roofing by a friend. When I called, I had the pleasure of speaking with Lance. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the process to me, making me feel like I was his only client. When roof replacement day came, the team of roofers started very early and when I left for work, there was stuff everywhere!!!! When I got home later that evening, everything was cleaned up and they were preparing to leave. My biggest concern were the nails, so I conducted an inspection of my own and as Lance promised, we didn't have any nails left behind. We have been sharing our experience with anyone that asks as we live on the corner and we have had several neighbors stop by to compliment us on how nice the new roof looks and ask questions about Bigfoot Roofing.
