As a Real Estate Agent, I choose my home improvement vendors very carefully, because they are a direct reflection of me to my customers. When it comes to roofers, Lance is the ONLY one I trust! He always answers my calls, texts and emails. He also is incredibly prompt to get quotes out and answer any questions I might have. I would encourage anyone to give Lance an opportunity to show you what genuine, old-fashioned customer service is all about!

Bigfoot Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. The whole process was smooth, and their team was professional, efficient, and great to work with. My sales rep Jasias was thorough, he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt like he really cared about making sure I understood the process, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. The quality of their work really shows, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

We had a great experience from our very first encounter with big foot. the sales manager was extremely nice, easy going and transparent, our roofing team was efficient, friendly and hard working and our contracting manager got switched mid way through but they always responded, produced what was promised and took care of any problems that arised. All around a great experience even with a few minor hiccups.

Lance responded to my request to look at my leaking roof and the resulting interior damage. He was prompt (a big deal in my book}, professional and thorough. He explained each and every step (even advising that my roof did NOT need to be replaced, but rather repaired-- I was pleasantly surprised). He followed-up often and I was so impressed by the roof repair, ceiling repair and paint job of the damaged room that I hired Bigfoot Roofing & Construction to paint the interior of my whole house. I also need to commend Esvin and his helper for their outstanding work while fixing the ceiling and painting. They too are prompt, come right in and get to work, work all day and leave every work area immaculately cleaned.
