Lance responded to my request to look at my leaking roof and the resulting interior damage. He was prompt (a big deal in my book}, professional and thorough. He explained each and every step (even advising that my roof did NOT need to be replaced, but rather repaired-- I was pleasantly surprised). He followed-up often and I was so impressed by the roof repair, ceiling repair and paint job of the damaged room that I hired Bigfoot Roofing & Construction to paint the interior of my whole house. I also need to commend Esvin and his helper for their outstanding work while fixing the ceiling and painting. They too are prompt, come right in and get to work, work all day and leave every work area immaculately cleaned. Just recently had my roof done by this company. The sales person that came to my house Lance Holman was very professional and knowledgeable in construction and roofing materials. Appreciated his willingness to politely answer all of our questions. The crew was exceptional and they did a fantastic job. Sadly it is possible for a fairly new roof to leak. How that is handled by the company makes all the difference. Bigfoot sent out a highly competent, hard working and knowledgeable worker to fix the problem. Gerson was wonderful. He found and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond (with the company’s blessing) to fix the roof, making sure there would be no further problems. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Big Foot Roofing is the best. Lance is very professional and honest. Big Foot price is reasonable. The roofing crew was scheduled at 8:00am and they was there WORKING at 8:00am. The only evidence that they was there is my new beautiful roof. Also, the office staff customer service is awesome. I highly recommend Bigfoot Roofing. Ask for Lance!!!!!
