It is with no reservation that we recommend Bigfoot Roofing & Construction. After much research and review of several companies, we chose to go with Bigfoot to tear off and reroof nine quadraplexes. We chose them because they were organized, thorough, and met all the licensing and business requirements we wanted. Lance Holman was our sales consultant and he worked consistently and efficiently throughout the bid process to secure all the insurance and licensing documentation we requested. He also produced all the waivers we requested for final payment in a timely fashion. John Conley, operations manager, communicated with us daily to help coordinate resident parking. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the jobsite, which was picked up and cleaned each and every day. The quality of the job is 10/10 and we received no complaints from any onsite residents. At all times, Lance and John were easily accessible and quick to provide whatever information we requested. Communication and customer relations rating is definitely a 10/10. In fact, all the way around, this company deserves the highest possible rating. It was a pleasure to do business with them and we highly recommend their services. I had to have a lot of underlying, rotten wood, and a damaged valley, as well as leaking shingles to be replaced, on a very old roof. Looking at the repair work and the results, I am confident that the leaks into my house, and the structural damage, have been professionally repaired. I chose this company based on the excellent reviews. Originally I wasn't happy because of misunderstandings on my part. I should have gone to the company with my issues from the start when it wasn't addressed in a timely manner. Lesson learned. Because of this I was able to work with Calvin who repaired my roof and explained the damages to me. I also got to work with Kyle the owner who showed me how he handles business.
