I chose this company based on the excellent reviews. Originally I wasn't happy because of misunderstandings on my part. I should have gone to the company with my issues from the start when it wasn't addressed in a timely manner. Lesson learned. Because of this I was able to work with Calvin who repaired my roof and explained the damages to me. I also got to work with Kyle the owner who showed me how he handles business. I can't thank you both enough for taking care of my home. I highly recommend!!!! They will go above and beyond

We got a new roof from Bigfoot and it's a 10 out of 10! The entire team is awesome...from the front office girls who do scheduling, to Lance who's out in the field doing estimates/bids, right down to the crew onsite & foreman performing work. Lance was honest and followed through with everything he promised. The crew was efficient, organized & tidy. We would highly recommend Bigfoot to anyone who asks!

Since day one Michael was so helpful and honest regarding the process coming ahead. We helped us with all questions and with our insurance needs as well. We have a beautiful new roof and couldn't be more grateful for Mike and the team at Bigfoot roofing who made this such an easy process. Bigfoot did a excellent job of replacing my 20-year old roof. They were timely and made every effort to protect surrounding bushes and lawn areas. Lance Holman was very professional and personable in negotiating this effort and subsequent communications. He was careful to explain in detail what the process would entail. Miguel Rodriguez was on-site and closely monitored the progress of both the removal of the old roof covering and installation of the new underlayment and shingles. The crew worked fast and efficiently to accomplish the roof replacement in a single day. Their cleanup efforts were meticulous, particularly in ensuring the removal of nails in the lawn and driveway. An expert job all the way.
