We got a new roof from Bigfoot and it's a 10 out of 10! The entire team is awesome...from the front office girls who do scheduling, to Lance who's out in the field doing estimates/bids, right down to the crew onsite & foreman performing work. Lance was honest and followed through with everything he promised. The crew was efficient, organized & tidy. We would highly recommend Bigfoot to anyone who asks!

Lance responded to my request to look at my leaking roof and the resulting interior damage. He was prompt (a big deal in my book}, professional and thorough. He explained each and every step (even advising that my roof did NOT need to be replaced, but rather repaired-- I was pleasantly surprised). He followed-up often and I was so impressed by the roof repair, ceiling repair and paint job of the damaged room that I hired Bigfoot Roofing & Construction to paint the interior of my whole house. I also need to commend Esvin and his helper for their outstanding work while fixing the ceiling and painting. They too are prompt, come right in and get to work, work all day and leave every work area immaculately cleaned. I had a fantastic experience with Big Foot. The young man that helped me knew what he was doing! He helped with my insurance claim and he was also present when the repairs began and ended.
