Appreciated his willingness to politely answer all of our questions. The crew was exceptional and they did a fantastic job. From the very beginning working with Bigfoot Roofing was an absolute pleasure. I phoned in and made an appointment with Lance Holman. He arrived on time, introduced himself and went about evaluating our damaged roof from hurricane Ian. Within an hour he had his proposal ready, sat down with me and went through every process of the project, showed us materials to choose from and a time frame to be completed.very professional and detailed in every manner. We scheduled our appointment in the coming days. And he reconfirmed the entire schedule of material arrival, drop box for the tear off and start of work. I could not let the year end without saying a big thank you to Bigfoot Roofing. I had my roof replaced a few months ago and I am so pleased with the results as promised. I'm glad I got to meet Lance Holman and have him as my sales consultant. He has superb people skills in my book. Lance has high expertise in the roofing system and product knowledge. He was able to explain the entire process of roof replacement to me. Sometimes you get to meet someone who has good qualities, that is Lance Holman. My project manager was Miguel Rodriguez. He made sure that all the everything material and equipment was here to start the project on time. I have to say he has some great team members. I would like to thank them. They started working very early which I did not mind and worked all day. They did and awesome job replacing my roof. They also were very thorough in there clean up. Bigfoot Roofing is lucky to have such outstanding team members as Lance and Miguel and his team. These are qualities that make this roofing company five stars. If you are looking for a roofing company I highly recommend Bigfoot and I hope you have the pleasure of meeting Lance and Miguel.

After consulting with a few roofing companies I final met Lance. Hands down one of the best salesman I've ever met. He was very understanding and walked me thru the process of purchasing a new roof. I know I called him a few times for small questions always pleasant. If your shopping for a new Roof Bigfoot should be your choice. Ask for lance :)
