If you have a roof issue, stop searching and call Bigfoot Roofing! They were totally professional from start to finish. Lance is the definition of professional, respectful, and courteous and walked me through what the team could do to get my attic ventilated. He was prompt with communication, documents, and follow-up regarding the work done by Miguel, who is clearly a top-notch roofer. The work done looks like it has been a part of the roof since it was originally put on. Whenever we need our roof to be replaced I know who I’m calling!

Sadly it is possible for a fairly new roof to leak. How that is handled by the company makes all the difference. Bigfoot sent out a highly competent, hard working and knowledgeable worker to fix the problem. Gerson was wonderful. He found and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond (with the company’s blessing) to fix the roof, making sure there would be no further problems. Thank you for such wonderful service.

We got a new roof from Bigfoot and it's a 10 out of 10! The entire team is awesome...from the front office girls who do scheduling, to Lance who's out in the field doing estimates/bids, right down to the crew onsite & foreman performing work. Lance was honest and followed through with everything he promised. The crew was efficient, organized & tidy. We would highly recommend Bigfoot to anyone who asks!

Due to Hurricane Irma, I was forced to file an extensive insurance claim for roof, interior drywall and painting and fence replacement. As a homeowner, this was my first experience in needing a contractor for repairs. I began my search on January 15, 2018. Bigfoot Roofing was my first call, I suppose because of its alphabetical placement. Lance Holman took my call and answered all of my questions. Within three days, he had inspected my damages, discussed their ability to work within my insurance settlement and provided me a contingency agreement. Since that time, I have been amazed by the quality of repairs and the professionalism and respectfulness of everyone involved. I cannot thank my lucky stars enough that my first call on the 15th of January was my best call. Bigfoot Roofing will have all of my future business and I truly encourage any reader to consider the same. Many thanks to Lance Holman and John Conley.
