My roof was due for a new one. My good neighbor recommended Big Foot Roofing. I called them, and they sent Lance Holman, a very friendly and professional salesperson. He inspected my roof, explained their products, and the entire reroofing process. He was very patient and professional. After receiving his estimate, we agreed on the price and selected the roof color. But a week later, I wanted to change the color of the drip edge to brown. I called Lance, and he immediately helped me with the color change. He's an excellent person! Due to weather conditions, the reroofing time kept changing. My production manager, Miguel Rodridues, was excellent, keeping up with the weather and finally finding a perfect day. The workers arrived early that day and worked methodically, minimizing noise. They completed the job in a single day. Their work was meticulous, and the new roof looks beautiful. I'm very satisfied! I highly recommend this company!

We were very pleased with Bigfoot Roofing. Alex Watson did the estimate, all the planning, permits, follow ups, and supplied the necessary paperwork that helped us lower our homeowner's insurance with a wind mitigation report, and the documentation needed to get a rebate from the roofing materials manufacturer. Our home needed over 30 sheets of decking, many feet of fascia due to neglect from former owners, and we also had a solar tube and skylight replaced. Every aspect of the job was to our satisfaction. When the job was completed the workmen raked our yard and cleaned up any debris. I would used them again if I ever needed a roof and recommend them to anyone thinking of needing roof work. A fantastic company to deal with.

Working with Bigfoot Roofing was a very pleasant and easy process. The lady at the front desk, Erin, served me with a smile - over the phone and in person. She was very nice and accommodating. The salesman, Mikal Flores was very polite and informative, including a heads up about a possible language barrier with the installer. It turned out not to be a problem at all, just as he predicted, but having the heads up was nice. The install process was smooth from beginning to end and I absolutely LOVE the outcome. The beautiful morning soft glow the sun tunnel provides is better than I expected. (Pictures below) I’m a happy customer. Thank you Mikal and the Bigfoot Roofing staff. You did a great job!! 😊

After meeting with him we chose this company and felt very confident with our decision of contracting. Bigfoot did a excellent job of replacing my 20-year old roof. They were timely and made every effort to protect surrounding bushes and lawn areas. Lance Holman was very professional and personable in negotiating this effort and subsequent communications. He was careful to explain in detail what the process would entail. Miguel Rodriguez was on-site and closely monitored the progress of both the removal of the old roof covering and installation of the new underlayment and shingles. The crew worked fast and efficiently to accomplish the roof replacement in a single day. Their cleanup efforts were meticulous, particularly in ensuring the removal of nails in the lawn and driveway. An expert job all the way.
