Working with Bigfoot Roofing was a very pleasant and easy process. The lady at the front desk, Erin, served me with a smile - over the phone and in person. She was very nice and accommodating. The salesman, Mikal Flores was very polite and informative, including a heads up about a possible language barrier with the installer. It turned out not to be a problem at all, just as he predicted, but having the heads up was nice. The install process was smooth from beginning to end and I absolutely LOVE the outcome. The beautiful morning soft glow the sun tunnel provides is better than I expected. (Pictures below) I’m a happy customer. Thank you Mikal and the Bigfoot Roofing staff. You did a great job!! 😊

My husband and I searched for someone we felt we could trust in doing the work of roofing our home. We came across Bigfoot Roofing and met with Lance. After meeting with him we chose this company and felt very confident with our decision of contracting. We meet with his crew and was impressed with their work and really liked their personal touch in our treatment. A big shout out to Lance, his crew and the company for all their help in this process. THEY DIDN'T PULL PERMITS AND HIRE UNLICENSED SUBCONTRACTORS!! The contract stated sherwin willams paint and they switched it for PRO MAR 700 cheap paint it's now pealing off the trim. WE HAVE A CASE WITH THE STATE AGAINST THEM!!! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Very responsive and able to provide a repair quote to meet the Boards needs. This is the second time I’ve worked with Big Foot and they are fantastic to work with! Made a call and immediately was in touch with their representative, Miguel. We discussed several items for inspection / repair and scheduled for that week. When Miguel arrived, we found an unexpected repair to be made. He got with their team and said it may require a more expensive repair than we were prepared for. After further inspection, he was able to save us BIG TIME on the repair, and we moved forward. The quality of the work was a "10", the cleanup was a "10", the pricing was a "10" and we are thrilled with the results. Miguel is a true asset to your organization and I would recommend him to my family and neighbors without hesitation. THANK YOU MIGUEL AND BIGFOOT ROOFING!!!
