I will definitely use Bigfoot Roofing when I need their services again. I hired them to complete a fascia board replacement and soffit installation for my roof. While many companies quoted me 3-5 days to do the work, Bigfoot was able to finish it in 1 day! Kudos to Lance H. at BigFoot for stewarding the project along, providing me with a wealth of information, and for being highly responsive even during nonworking hours. Lance, you're the best!

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Brittany, the office coordinator was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was clear and straightforward about the product being used on my roof and helped me tremendously when it came to choosing colors. Even when I change my mind at the very end, she was patient and kind - never once making me feel like I was a bother. Brandon, the project manager was just as impressive. He was always available to answer any questions and handle every aspect of the installation with dedication and professionalism. There were a couple of unforeseen issues during the process, but he took care of them immediately and without missing a beat. In my 50 years of being a homeowner he’s the best project manager I’ve ever encountered. The work crew were outstanding - diligent, polite, and incredibly hard-working they even came back to finish up a small detail after dark and in the rain! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My new roof looks fantastic and I’m so grateful for the entire team’s care and commitment to doing an excellent job. Highly recommend!

After consulting with a few roofing companies I final met Lance. Hands down one of the best salesman I've ever met. He was very understanding and walked me thru the process of purchasing a new roof. I know I called him a few times for small questions always pleasant. If your shopping for a new Roof Bigfoot should be your choice. Ask for lance :)
