We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Bigfoot Roofing. Our sales consultant, Lance Holman, was fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. The crew did an excellent job on the roof, and to our surprise, the project was completed ahead of schedule. Two weeks later, I still haven’t found a single roofing nail in the yard or driveway, which shows impressive attention to detail. Professional, prompt, and polite from start to finish, Bigfoot offered excellent customer service, no high-pressure sales tactics, and affordable pricing compared to similar competitors. 10/10, my wife and I would highly recommend!

Had such a great experience Lance was our guy explained everything to my dad and me and was understanding with dad being only Spanish speaking and had to translate but overall amazing customer service if I had a question he answered so fast would recommend this company to any one fair rates on roofing also best service in Jacksonville you won’t regret the craftsmanship of there work

Bigfoot Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. The whole process was smooth, and their team was professional, efficient, and great to work with. My sales rep Jasias was thorough, he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt like he really cared about making sure I understood the process, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. The quality of their work really shows, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

They did a very good job. There was a problem with one of their crew members running over some sprinkler heads on my lawn, but when given the bill to repair them, they immediately paid. Would recommend Bigfoot.

I could not let the year end without saying a big thank you to Bigfoot Roofing. I had my roof replaced a few months ago and I am so pleased with the results as promised. I'm glad I got to meet Lance Holman and have him as my sales consultant. He has superb people skills in my book. Lance has high expertise in the roofing system and product knowledge. He was able to explain the entire process of roof replacement to me. Sometimes you get to meet someone who has good qualities, that is Lance Holman. My project manager was Miguel Rodriguez. He made sure that all the everything material and equipment was here to start the project on time. I have to say he has some great team members. I would like to thank them. They started working very early which I did not mind and worked all day. They did and awesome job replacing my roof. They also were very thorough in there clean up. Bigfoot Roofing is lucky to have such outstanding team members as Lance and Miguel and his team. These are qualities that make this roofing company five stars. If you are looking for a roofing company I highly recommend Bigfoot and I hope you have the pleasure of meeting Lance and Miguel.
