Lance responded to my request to look at my leaking roof and the resulting interior damage. He was prompt (a big deal in my book}, professional and thorough. He explained each and every step (even advising that my roof did NOT need to be replaced, but rather repaired-- I was pleasantly surprised). He followed-up often and I was so impressed by the roof repair, ceiling repair and paint job of the damaged room that I hired Bigfoot Roofing & Construction to paint the interior of my whole house. I also need to commend Esvin and his helper for their outstanding work while fixing the ceiling and painting. They too are prompt, come right in and get to work, work all day and leave every work area immaculately cleaned. Made a call and immediately was in touch with their representative, Miguel. We discussed several items for inspection / repair and scheduled for that week. When Miguel arrived, we found an unexpected repair to be made. He got with their team and said it may require a more expensive repair than we were prepared for. After further inspection, he was able to save us BIG TIME on the repair, and we moved forward. The quality of the work was a "10", the cleanup was a "10", the pricing was a "10" and we are thrilled with the results. After Hurricane Irma, like everyone else, we had a hard time finding someone we felt comfortable with to replace our roof. Lance was very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. The entire staff at Bigfoot put our minds at ease. They are amazing--but we just loved Lance. We recommended Bigfoot to our neighbor who had his roof replaced by Bigfoot as well.
