We suffered extensive damage to our roof during Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral, FL. After trying unsuccessfully to connect with many local Roofing Contractors a friend referred me to Lance Holman, Sales Consultant for Bigfoot Roofing of Jacksonville, FL. I dialed Lance and he literally picked up on the first ring. We established a date and time to meet and Lance arrived on time! We conducted a walk around and then Lance began preparing a quote; I received a completed quote, copy of his state license and copies of his insurances. Once I received HOA Architectual Review Committee approval and my initial check from my insurance company, I called Lance to sign the documents and we agreed on a day and time. Again, Lance arrived on time! Upon signing the documents and paying 25% down, he set the date that my roof supplies would arrive ( Dec., 14) along with a dumpster (from a 3rd party), and the date the roofers would begin (Dec., 16). At 7:00 AM on 12/14 the supplier knocked on the door with his delivery; shortly thereafter, the dumpster was placed in the driveway. On Dec., 16 the roofing crew arrived at 7:00 AM and immediately started removing the old roof. At 9:56 AM the next day; the last shingle had been placed and the entire site was clear of all evidence that they had even been there. I cannot praise Lance Holman enough for his thoroughness throughout the project and I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Mike Gordon, Project Manager as well as the entire crew who very professionally and with craftsmanship. Thank you all at Bigfoot Roofing & Construction! By the way, because of Lance and Mike, I am pretty confident that our Church will be contracting with Bigfoot Roofing and Construction to replace our two roofs in Punta Gorda, FL as well. We were very pleased with Bigfoot Roofing. Alex Watson did the estimate, all the planning, permits, follow ups, and supplied the necessary paperwork that helped us lower our homeowner's insurance with a wind mitigation report, and the documentation needed to get a rebate from the roofing materials manufacturer. Our home needed over 30 sheets of decking, many feet of fascia due to neglect from former owners, and we also had a solar tube and skylight replaced. Every aspect of the job was to our satisfaction. When the job was completed the workmen raked our yard and cleaned up any debris. I would used them again if I ever needed a roof and recommend them to anyone thinking of needing roof work. A fantastic company to deal with.

Working with Bigfoot Roofing was a very pleasant and easy process. The lady at the front desk, Erin, served me with a smile - over the phone and in person. She was very nice and accommodating. The salesman, Mikal Flores was very polite and informative, including a heads up about a possible language barrier with the installer. It turned out not to be a problem at all, just as he predicted, but having the heads up was nice. The install process was smooth from beginning to end and I absolutely LOVE the outcome. The beautiful morning soft glow the sun tunnel provides is better than I expected. (Pictures below) I’m a happy customer. Thank you Mikal and the Bigfoot Roofing staff. You did a great job!! 😊
