This was our first experience replacing a roof. We called four different companies and they kind of gave us the half estimate and sent it in the email and some did not even meet with us. So, we called Bigfoot roofing company and lance Holman called us back. He came over to the house and inspected the roof and gave us a thorough estimate in writing and sent the pictures in the email and provided us with a folder with company’s credentials and sample of shingles and everything associated with it and also explained to us the process. We even called him back multiple times and he took the time to come over and showed us the actual shingles. price was in the middle and no hidden costs. Lance Holman answered his phone every time we called him unlike other roofing companies. He also presented us with a detailed timeline with precision and who our production manager is going to be. Lance Holman was extremely professional and respectful. The day of the installation we might Mike Gordon, production manager, and he introduced himself and he presented himself with professionalism and respectfulness to my wife and I. He was very accommodating to us and coordinated installation very well. Finally, our high regards to the crew who installed the roof. They were very professional and respectful to us and cleaned up the nails and older materials every few hours. They installed the roof with a combination of art and technology and did a beautiful job. The crew was extremely courteous.

I was very happy back 2012 shortly after had a small leak they came out right away and fixed it. All was good until about 2 months ago and had another leak. At first we got the run around then I decided to ask directly for Kyle and won't speak to anyone else because after 2 guys being out at the house nothing was being done. Kyle was great was out to house in a few days, looked into our leak and had a crew out to fix within a day or two. We have not had rain yet but I'm confident it's fixed. I'm still waiting to hear about my ceiling but I know that is because we have to wait to make sure it doesn't leak before repairing. My suggestion to anyone who may have a problem don't deal with anyone but Kyle he got the job done within 7 days others it was weeks and excuses. I would recommend them but again I deal with Kyle.

Bigfoot roofers made my dreams come true. My new roof was replaced extremely fast, the workers were professional, hard working, great dudes. Blake, my salesman was awesome. He was great about walking me theough the insurance clames,showing me damage and what i would be in for. Blake was great about keeping in touch with progress, they also had a pro team come and remove solar panels and all. Great experience. Nick, Blake and the whole crew were great.
