I had my roof replaced 2 weeks ago by Bigfoot Roofing & Construction. I chose the Barkwood Architectural shingles with the brown drip edge. OMG! simply beautiful...I am pleased with the workmanship and clean-up. Lance Holman was my sales consultant and he was very polite, always answered my calls, and provided assistance when I needed. My girlfriend who lives 5 houses down from me, is also in the process of having her roof replaced by Bigfoot Roofing. Mr. Lance is also her sales consultant. Thank you Bigfoot Roofing! Working with Bigfoot Roofing was a very pleasant and easy process. The lady at the front desk, Erin, served me with a smile - over the phone and in person. She was very nice and accommodating. The salesman, Mikal Flores was very polite and informative, including a heads up about a possible language barrier with the installer. It turned out not to be a problem at all, just as he predicted, but having the heads up was nice. The install process was smooth from beginning to end and I absolutely LOVE the outcome. The beautiful morning soft glow the sun tunnel provides is better than I expected. (Pictures below) I’m a happy customer. Thank you Mikal and the Bigfoot Roofing staff. You did a great job!! 😊

I had a fantastic experience with Big Foot. The young man that helped me knew what he was doing! He helped with my insurance claim and he was also present when the repairs began and ended. They made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and that as a homeowner, I was happy. I would recommend Big Foot to anybody, You will be happy you called them. Julie

Had roof installed at the end of October. Interviewed 8 companies and the best customer service was from Bigfoot. The price was fair, it took 2 days to complete. They had 8 guys on the first day and 10 on the second day. Very knowledgeable crew, very caring about our home and our landscape. We dealt with Lance, John and Kyle who answered promptly any questions or concerns that we might have had. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They only asked for 25% down and did not ask for balance until they were sure that we were completely satisfied. Now that is true CUSTOMER SERVICE.
