Bigfoot Roofing accepted the challenge of doing a re-roof at the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority house. Our beautiful house is located in a historical community. We consulted with Lance during the entire process. Lance was familiar with our sorority and knew that we wouldn’t accept anything less than perfection. He was very knowledgeable of the process in caring for historical homes and permits that needed to be pulled. The entire process was worry free. Just wanted to say again to the guys at Bigfoot, thank you again for treating us like the queens that we are.

I am the kind of person who likes to check, double check and then check again. So I will save you some time in your search for a good roofing company- it's Bigfoot Roofing. I got quotes from at least 4 companies (they all quoted around the same amount) Bigfoot gave me an estimate for over half off of what I had found elsewhere. I would have thought it too good to be true but I had found them through a personal referral from a friend. They gave me Lance Holman's contact details and from there it was smooth sailing. He was professional, efficient and took the time to explain the in's and out's. He provided photographic reviews (which none of the other so called Big Boy companies had done). They arrived on the promised day and my roof looks amazing. Fantastic quality and i can't stop looking at it! Don't bother looking anywhere else, he saved my family thousands of dollars and he brought a personal and caring touch to the whole process. Thank you Lance!

I worked on 3 different quotes to get my roof done and out of the 3, Lance from Bigfoot was the only one who actually listened to me and gave me a quote based on my needs not his business needs. I'm happy I went with them because they kept me updated at all times with each step right down to the dumpster. Also, when there was a small spot of material that needed to be ordered to finish, the owner, Kyle, himself called to update me with his sexy voice lol. Shortly after, the project manager Miguel stopped by to update me in person (btw he has the cutest freckles I've ever seen on a man...just soo cute). What can I say, this company not only did an amazing job but looked good doing it hahaha

Lance responded to my request to look at my leaking roof and the resulting interior damage. He was prompt (a big deal in my book}, professional and thorough. He explained each and every step (even advising that my roof did NOT need to be replaced, but rather repaired-- I was pleasantly surprised). He followed-up often and I was so impressed by the roof repair, ceiling repair and paint job of the damaged room that I hired Bigfoot Roofing & Construction to paint the interior of my whole house. I also need to commend Esvin and his helper for their outstanding work while fixing the ceiling and painting. They too are prompt, come right in and get to work, work all day and leave every work area immaculately cleaned. We have used Bigfoot Roofing twice now. We had to replace the roof on a home we sold. They just finished the roof on the home we live in now. Everything was as promised. Lance was our representative and I have given his card to several people who have asked who did our roof. We have a group who do the "dinner" walk around the block and they commented on how quickly it was done and on how great it looks. Lance suggested we do a ridge vent vs the other vents we had. This will help on air flow in the attic. I would recommend Bigfoot to anyone. Lance also mentioned they have a construction side that can replace siding for hardy board. I will be calling them for this project next. I would to thank the crew. They cleaned up everything very well and were very professional.

I had my roof replaced 2 weeks ago by Bigfoot Roofing & Construction. I chose the Barkwood Architectural shingles with the brown drip edge. OMG! simply beautiful...I am pleased with the workmanship and clean-up. Lance Holman was my sales consultant and he was very polite, always answered my calls, and provided assistance when I needed. After calling at least 20 roofing companies for quotes after our roof was torn up by hurricane Michael we decided to go with Big Foot Roofing. Most of the companies that we called several times either never returned our calls, or said they would come give us a quote and never did. Of the 3 companies who actually gave us quotes Big Foot was THOUSANDS cheaper than the others. The wait was much shorter, and they were actually able to get yo our roof sooner than they had originally said. Our roof looks great, and I have one of the most picky husbands on the planet. I had a roof leak repaired by Bigfoot Roofing. Their services were reasonably priced, and they fixed the leak. They took a bit longer than I would prefer to come to my house and make the repair. They also failed to fix the leak the first time out. However, they came back and made additional repairs without additional charges. On that basis, would recommend them and use them again.

Had roof installed at the end of October. Interviewed 8 companies and the best customer service was from Bigfoot. The price was fair, it took 2 days to complete. They had 8 guys on the first day and 10 on the second day. Very knowledgeable crew, very caring about our home and our landscape. We dealt with Lance, John and Kyle who answered promptly any questions or concerns that we might have had. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They only asked for 25% down and did not ask for balance until they were sure that we were completely satisfied. Now that is true CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hurricane Michael, Panama City, FL Following the hurricane, my wife and I headed to Panama City to assist my 87 year old mother who had sustained wind damage to the shingles on her roof and the soffit(s) surrounding her house, as well as other damages. After several days and multiple phone calls, emails and texts to local roofing companies, we had few contacts or replies. The contacts we had failed to show to provide estimates for the repairs. One day we waited all day for one company to show-up and even after they made calls to say they'd arrive in an hour or later stated they'd be at the house in ten minutes, they did not appear. Needing food and other supplies, the three of us were leaving when we saw Damien Wade, Sales Representative for Big Foot Roofing & Construction, setting up yard signs along the right of way in Cedar's Crossing. I stopped and spoke with Damien, who provided us with a package containing the company's business licenses and business liability insurance and other documents. We set an appointment for the following day at 10 am and HE SHOWED UP! From the moment we met Damien he was polite, informative and responsive, and above all PROFESSIONAL. He surveyed the damage and provided my mom with a detailed estimate of the work to be accomplished. He agreed to also meet our deadline of completing the work by November 3rd, since my wife and I were returning to our home out of state and we wanted the work completed before we departed. Again, Damien delivered on his promises. He personally replaced the damaged shingles in multiple areas of the roof and provided soffit samples to the Big Foot team. He arranged for Big Foot employees, Josh and Grayland, a father-son team of carpenters, to accomplish the soffit repairs as prescribed. Periodically, John Conley, the Operations Manager and Damien came by to check on Josh and Grayland's progress. The job was accomplished in a first class fashion and the work area was cleaned up. Everyone at Big Foot was empathetic and responsive to helping us accomplish the repairs and put my mom's concerns at ease. We truly believe finding Damien was meant to be and we are thankful we met him and the Big Foot team. I highly recommend this company/team for your roofing needs. William H

If your Googling roofing companies you can stop here. I vetted for over two months and interviewed and got estimates from more than a dozen roofing companies. Bigfoot won the bid. They did an absolutely outstanding job. Two solid days of work as they addressed every one of our concerns. Project Manager stayed engaged and the six workers never stopped. They repaired wood rot and tied into our Florida room which were two areas we were concerned about. Workers spent nearly two hours canvassing the yard for debris after they were done. It’s refreshing to know that there’s a professional roofing company here in. Jacksonville.

He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the process to me, making me feel like I was his only client. When roof replacement day came, the team of roofers started very early and when I left for work, there was stuff everywhere!!!! When I got home later that evening, everything was cleaned up and they were preparing to leave. Due to Hurricane Irma, I was forced to file an extensive insurance claim for roof, interior drywall and painting and fence replacement. As a homeowner, this was my first experience in needing a contractor for repairs. I began my search on January 15, 2018. Bigfoot Roofing was my first call, I suppose because of its alphabetical placement. Lance Holman took my call and answered all of my questions. Within three days, he had inspected my damages, discussed their ability to work within my insurance settlement and provided me a contingency agreement. We chose them because they were organized, thorough, and met all the licensing and business requirements we wanted. Lance Holman was our sales consultant and he worked consistently and efficiently throughout the bid process to secure all the insurance and licensing documentation we requested. He also produced all the waivers we requested for final payment in a timely fashion. John Conley, operations manager, communicated with us daily to help coordinate resident parking. I got a referral from a friend for Bigfoot Roofing: I worked with Lance Holman to get an estimate. He was very professional and gave me an estimate on site. When the roof work started I was impressed with how the men where very polite and did great work. I have dogs so I was concerned about nails but they did a great job of cleaning up. I also had a chimney repair and worked with Bruce and his team. All in all I would definitely recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find great work and great customer service but this company has it, thanks Lance, John and Bruce!
