A recent roof leak left us with a need to have our roof tarped while we wait for insurance adjusters to evaluate the damage. Ethan did a very thorough exam of the roof, examined where the leak was coming from and even checked inside. He was pleasant and professional. We had the pleasure of a second visit when someone removed the tarp to examine the damage and didn't replace it properly. Ethan/Big Foot came back out quickly and took extra care in ensuring the tarp was placed correctly and reinforced. Highly recommend.

I chose this company based on the excellent reviews. Originally I wasn't happy because of misunderstandings on my part. I should have gone to the company with my issues from the start when it wasn't addressed in a timely manner. Lesson learned. Because of this I was able to work with Calvin who repaired my roof and explained the damages to me. I also got to work with Kyle the owner who showed me how he handles business. This was our first experience replacing a roof. We called four different companies and they kind of gave us the half estimate and sent it in the email and some did not even meet with us. So, we called Bigfoot roofing company and lance Holman called us back. He came over to the house and inspected the roof and gave us a thorough estimate in writing and sent the pictures in the email and provided us with a folder with company’s credentials and sample of shingles and everything associated with it and also explained to us the process. We even called him back multiple times and he took the time to come over and showed us the actual shingles. price was in the middle and no hidden costs. Lance Holman answered his phone every time we called him unlike other roofing companies. He also presented us with a detailed timeline with precision and who our production manager is going to be. Lance Holman was extremely professional and respectful. The day of the installation we might Mike Gordon, production manager, and he introduced himself and he presented himself with professionalism and respectfulness to my wife and I. He was very accommodating to us and coordinated installation very well. Finally, our high regards to the crew who installed the roof. They were very professional and respectful to us and cleaned up the nails and older materials every few hours. They installed the roof with a combination of art and technology and did a beautiful job. The crew was extremely courteous.

Bigfoot Roofing recently replaced my roof. After being in contact with several roofing companies Bigfoot was the only one willing to replace my flat roof for a fair price. Lance kept me updated on all the steps and was in contact with me to make sure everything was going well. The team had my roof completely replaced in one day with a few hours the next day for touch ups and final sweep of the yard. Susan processed my payment quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I know I am not the easiest person to work with but they were very accommodating. I will only use this company from now on.

He arrived on time, introduced himself and went about evaluating our damaged roof from hurricane Ian. I was looking around for months for a roofer due to my insurance company requiring a new roof. Lance was the professional that gave me my estimate. Most other roofers gave me a run around and wasn’t clear about the details and costs. Lance cut straight to what I needed and gave me a realistic estimate for what I needed. We suffered extensive damage to our roof during Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral, FL. After trying unsuccessfully to connect with many local Roofing Contractors a friend referred me to Lance Holman, Sales Consultant for Bigfoot Roofing of Jacksonville, FL. I dialed Lance and he literally picked up on the first ring. We established a date and time to meet and Lance arrived on time! We conducted a walk around and then Lance began preparing a quote; I received a completed quote, copy of his state license and copies of his insurances. Once I received HOA Architectual Review Committee approval and my initial check from my insurance company, I called Lance to sign the documents and we agreed on a day and time. Again, Lance arrived on time! Upon signing the documents and paying 25% down, he set the date that my roof supplies would arrive ( Dec., 14) along with a dumpster (from a 3rd party), and the date the roofers would begin (Dec., 16). At 7:00 AM on 12/14 the supplier knocked on the door with his delivery; shortly thereafter, the dumpster was placed in the driveway. On Dec., 16 the roofing crew arrived at 7:00 AM and immediately started removing the old roof. At 9:56 AM the next day; the last shingle had been placed and the entire site was clear of all evidence that they had even been there. I cannot praise Lance Holman enough for his thoroughness throughout the project and I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Mike Gordon, Project Manager as well as the entire crew who very professionally and with craftsmanship. Thank you all at Bigfoot Roofing & Construction! By the way, because of Lance and Mike, I am pretty confident that our Church will be contracting with Bigfoot Roofing and Construction to replace our two roofs in Punta Gorda, FL as well. I had to have had my roof replaced thanks to Hurricane Ian. My insurance company contracted Big Foot Roofing. and they were absolutely amazing, efficient and very neat. They were on my roof at 6.30am on a Wednesday morning and by 3pm on the Thursday afternoon they were done with my roof. The crew were very courteous. I was super impressed with them and would definitely recommend them. Mike Gordon kept me up to date with every step of the process. Up to and including the roof replacement I was never in the dark. Im very happy with my new roof - it looks awesome. Thank You.

I had a shingle fall off the roof of a purchased home the year before. I had needed to transfer the warranty within 1month. They not only honored the warranty, they glued the shingle and inspected rest. They say it happens occasionally but no chance of leak due to overlap. They sent me the warranty transferred for remaining 6 year term! Thanks Bigfoot! That is customer service!!!!

The quick answer here is to just go ahead and hire Bigfoot Roofing and don’t look back. If you’re here for the long version: My wife and I had done a thorough search and thought we were retaining the best when we contacted Company A. Our simple request for an inspection/estimate from this company quickly turned into a heavy push to go after our insurance carrier to cover the replacement. We took the bait, and after 6 long months we were not one step closer to replacing out roof (that we originally wanted to purchase, outright, with ordinary American Dollars) material prices were steadily climbing, and we were now being advised to roll the dice with some random litigator and sue a multinational conglomerate for time-TBD! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ At that point I reached out to another trusted source, explained our frustration, and he recommended Bigfoot. I called and John came out pretty much right away. Within a few weeks we had a beautiful brand new roof. Selection, installation, and settlement were a breeze. The cost for this astounding service? Just an apples-to-apples replacement for thousands of (American) dollars less than the quote from Company A! We jumped on it right away. Like every seasoned and sophisticated Jax homeowner, I can recognize spectacular value any time it slaps me square across the face. I am sure these very fine folks are happy to spread that around (the value, not the slaps)so give them a call and see how they can make your life easier.

First of all, wow! A little history: our house was built in 1960 with a flat roof on half and pitch on the other. It needed a pitch on the flat roof, to be re-roofed, a front porch, and a front door. It was a long process to find someone willing to tackle this project. Bigfoot roofing was the one company that seemed willing to do this project. All the other companies way overbid on their pricing. Bigfoot roofing was very reasonable with their bid, and every crew that came out for Bigfoot to work on the project (including framing crew, roofing crew, and dry wall crew) was very professional and did an exceptional job. Lance, Bruce, Miguel, and Esvin (we met and know them all by name) were all top notch. The owner Kyle came by and checked on us several times personally. Bottom line: my wife and I could not be happier with the finished project.

I will definitely use Bigfoot Roofing when I need their services again. I hired them to complete a fascia board replacement and soffit installation for my roof. While many companies quoted me 3-5 days to do the work, Bigfoot was able to finish it in 1 day!
