I had a shingle fall off the roof of a purchased home the year before. I had needed to transfer the warranty within 1month. They not only honored the warranty, they glued the shingle and inspected rest. They say it happens occasionally but no chance of leak due to overlap. They sent me the warranty transferred for remaining 6 year term! Thanks Bigfoot! That is customer service!!!!

I needed a roof replaced due to hurricane Irma. I called several roofing companies and couldn’t get anyone to come out. I got a referral from a friend for Bigfoot Roofing: I worked with Lance Holman to get an estimate. He was very professional and gave me an estimate on site. When the roof work started I was impressed with how the men where very polite and did great work. I have dogs so I was concerned about nails but they did a great job of cleaning up. I also had a chimney repair and worked with Bruce and his team. All in all I would definitely recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find great work and great customer service but this company has it, thanks Lance, John and Bruce!

It's been about 6 months since we had outroof replaced, we constantly get compliments on the craftsmanship they did a wonderful job was here when they said and took their time on it, after was all said and done we now have a beautiful roof thanks to Bigfoot roofing!!!

You priced our job so easily and reasonably that we were ready to sign (and did) that day. Kyle Maxwell has assembled a great team of experts that goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction. From the scheduling and delivery of materials to the actual roof replacement, everything went smoothly. Miguel Rodriguez provided top notch on site supervision and answered our every question. Bigfoot put a roof on my house 5 years ago so when it was time for a new chimney cap, I called them. From the office personnel to the on sight fabricator, the job was handled concisely and accurately. When it's time, I'll hire them again!
