I needed a roof due to hurricane Irma. After careful consideration from a few local roofers I chose BigFoot Roofing. From start to finish I was amazed at their attention to detail. I was originally scheduled for two months out due to a back log, but received a call stating they had an early opening for the next week. In no time they had the old roof removed and replaced. After they finished they made sure there was no debris left anywhere! Top notch company!!

THEY DIDN'T PULL PERMITS AND HIRE UNLICENSED SUBCONTRACTORS!! The contract stated sherwin willams paint and they switched it for PRO MAR 700 cheap paint it's now pealing off the trim. WE HAVE A CASE WITH THE STATE AGAINST THEM!!! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

I was very happy back 2012 shortly after had a small leak they came out right away and fixed it. All was good until about 2 months ago and had another leak. At first we got the run around then I decided to ask directly for Kyle and won't speak to anyone else because after 2 guys being out at the house nothing was being done. Kyle was great was out to house in a few days, looked into our leak and had a crew out to fix within a day or two. We have not had rain yet but I'm confident it's fixed. I'm still waiting to hear about my ceiling but I know that is because we have to wait to make sure it doesn't leak before repairing. My suggestion to anyone who may have a problem don't deal with anyone but Kyle he got the job done within 7 days others it was weeks and excuses. I would recommend them but again I deal with Kyle.

My neighbor recently had some work done and a couple of tiles were kicked up on an overhang above my kitchen. I called Bigfoot Roofing on the 5th of July to do an estimate on the repairs. On the 20th I called back to inquire about the estimate as I had heard nothing. I was informed my entire roof needed to be replaced. Since my roof is only a few years old, I informed them this couldn't be the case. I was then informed they weren't taking any roof repairs because they were too busy; they would only take full roof replacements. Suppose that recommendation makes sense now.

We were very pleased with Bigfoot Roofing. Alex Watson did the estimate, all the planning, permits, follow ups, and supplied the necessary paperwork that helped us lower our homeowner's insurance with a wind mitigation report, and the documentation needed to get a rebate from the roofing materials manufacturer. Our home needed over 30 sheets of decking, many feet of fascia due to neglect from former owners, and we also had a solar tube and skylight replaced. Every aspect of the job was to our satisfaction. When the job was completed the workmen raked our yard and cleaned up any debris. I would used them again if I ever needed a roof and recommend them to anyone thinking of needing roof work. A fantastic company to deal with.

He made me feel like my satisfaction was 100% their priority. The crew was fast and efficient by getting the entire roof replaced in one day. They also left the job site clean. The price was right at what I expected and they even threw in a discount from us visiting the Home and Patio show. We would highly recommend Bigfoot to do the job quick and with quality.

I am the very pleased recipient of a roof recently installed by Bigfoot. From beginning to end every aspect of their work was very impressive. They took great effort to safeguard the shrubbery and other property near the home during the tear-off process. They were extremely meticulous with the needed replacement of bad wood and the installation of the underlayment and new shingles. Through each of these steps, it appeared measures were taken to exceed or meet all of the current building code requirements. Upon completion, their clean-up was so complete as to make it appear they had never been here. The materials they suggested using compared very favorably by Consumer Reports to the products suggested on the other estimates I obtained and their rating by the Jacksonville Better Business Bureau is very good. Their representatives were very courteous and professional in all of their dealings with me. Their pricing was very competitive and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

After calling 3 roofing contractors and failing to even have someone come out to provide an estimate I read the reviews for Bigfoot and decided to give them a call. Alex arrived a few minutes early to provide an estimate and talked me through what would need to be done. His crew was meticulous, organized, and finished the job in a timely manner. We extensively researched roofers and obtained five estimates to have a new roof put on. There was several thousand dollars difference from highest to lowest. Bigfoot was right in the middle and after careful review of all proposals we decided Bigfoot offered the best overall value. Their installation crew arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. After they arrived I left for work and when I returned home early that evening the new roof was finished and the crew was going about a meticulous cleanup of our property. I would highly recommend this company.
