Bigfoot Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. The whole process was smooth, and their team was professional, efficient, and great to work with. My sales rep Jasias was thorough, he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt like he really cared about making sure I understood the process, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. So glad I hired Bigfoot Roofing for the reroof of my home. I requested several estimates from different contractors, however, it was the salesman Lance who impressed me the most. Lance was professional, his presentation was very detailed and he was thorough. He was always available for any concerns that I had. The entire process was just as he stated. The crew was phenomenal as well. They completed the reroof in 8 hours and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I just love my new roof. Bigfoot roofing gets 5 stars from me.
