My neighbor recently had some work done and a couple of tiles were kicked up on an overhang above my kitchen. I called Bigfoot Roofing on the 5th of July to do an estimate on the repairs. On the 20th I called back to inquire about the estimate as I had heard nothing. I was informed my entire roof needed to be replaced. Since my roof is only a few years old, I informed them this couldn't be the case. I was then informed they weren't taking any roof repairs because they were too busy; they would only take full roof replacements. Suppose that recommendation makes sense now.

I was very happy back 2012 shortly after had a small leak they came out right away and fixed it. All was good until about 2 months ago and had another leak. At first we got the run around then I decided to ask directly for Kyle and won't speak to anyone else because after 2 guys being out at the house nothing was being done. Kyle was great was out to house in a few days, looked into our leak and had a crew out to fix within a day or two. We have not had rain yet but I'm confident it's fixed. I'm still waiting to hear about my ceiling but I know that is because we have to wait to make sure it doesn't leak before repairing. My suggestion to anyone who may have a problem don't deal with anyone but Kyle he got the job done within 7 days others it was weeks and excuses. I would recommend them but again I deal with Kyle.

I cannot say enough good things about Bigfoot Roofing. Lance made the process as easy as possible. This was my first time hiring a contractor, so I had a ton of questions. Lance was happy to answer everything and was very transparent about pricing and what to expect. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make sure that my home and I were taken care of. Exceptional company and even better team.

After calling 3 roofing contractors and failing to even have someone come out to provide an estimate I read the reviews for Bigfoot and decided to give them a call. Alex arrived a few minutes early to provide an estimate and talked me through what would need to be done. His crew was meticulous, organized, and finished the job in a timely manner. This is the first time I've had roof work done where I wasn't able to find a single nail in my yard after the work was completed. I will definitely use them again.
