I have worked with Lance Holman on a number of projects, both for my personal and business use. As a Real Estate Agent, I choose my home improvement vendors very carefully, because they are a direct reflection of me to my customers. When it comes to roofers, Lance is the ONLY one I trust! He always answers my calls, texts and emails. He also is incredibly prompt to get quotes out and answer any questions I might have. I would encourage anyone to give Lance an opportunity to show you what genuine, old-fashioned customer service is all about!

I am the very pleased recipient of a roof recently installed by Bigfoot. From beginning to end every aspect of their work was very impressive. They took great effort to safeguard the shrubbery and other property near the home during the tear-off process. They were extremely meticulous with the needed replacement of bad wood and the installation of the underlayment and new shingles. Through each of these steps, it appeared measures were taken to exceed or meet all of the current building code requirements. Upon completion, their clean-up was so complete as to make it appear they had never been here. The materials they suggested using compared very favorably by Consumer Reports to the products suggested on the other estimates I obtained and their rating by the Jacksonville Better Business Bureau is very good. Their representatives were very courteous and professional in all of their dealings with me. Their pricing was very competitive and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
