All three rain last weekend revealed a big leak in the roof. Called Monday morning and within a couple hours received a visit by Mikal Flores who inspected, put together an estimate and had an appt set for repair on Wednesday. On Wednesday Kelvin was actually early and had the repair done, including clean up in about 2 hours. Great service! Would 100% recommend.

She was clear and straightforward about the product being used on my roof and helped me tremendously when it came to choosing colors. Even when I change my mind at the very end, she was patient and kind - never once making me feel like I was a bother. Brandon, the project manager was just as impressive. He was always available to answer any questions and handle every aspect of the installation with dedication and professionalism. There were a couple of unforeseen issues during the process, but he took care of them immediately and without missing a beat. In my 50 years of being a homeowner he’s the best project manager I’ve ever encountered. The work crew were outstanding - diligent, polite, and incredibly hard-working they even came back to finish up a small detail after dark and in the rain! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My new roof looks fantastic and I’m so grateful for the entire team’s care and commitment to doing an excellent job. Highly recommend!

My roof was due for a new one. My good neighbor recommended Big Foot Roofing. I called them, and they sent Lance Holman, a very friendly and professional salesperson. He inspected my roof, explained their products, and the entire reroofing process. He was very patient and professional. After receiving his estimate, we agreed on the price and selected the roof color. But a week later, I wanted to change the color of the drip edge to brown. I called Lance, and he immediately helped me with the color change. He's an excellent person! Due to weather conditions, the reroofing time kept changing. My production manager, Miguel Rodridues, was excellent, keeping up with the weather and finally finding a perfect day. The workers arrived early that day and worked methodically, minimizing noise. They completed the job in a single day. Their work was meticulous, and the new roof looks beautiful. I'm very satisfied! I highly recommend this company!

We suffered extensive damage to our roof during Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral, FL. After trying unsuccessfully to connect with many local Roofing Contractors a friend referred me to Lance Holman, Sales Consultant for Bigfoot Roofing of Jacksonville, FL. I dialed Lance and he literally picked up on the first ring. We established a date and time to meet and Lance arrived on time! We conducted a walk around and then Lance began preparing a quote; I received a completed quote, copy of his state license and copies of his insurances. Once I received HOA Architectual Review Committee approval and my initial check from my insurance company, I called Lance to sign the documents and we agreed on a day and time. Again, Lance arrived on time! Upon signing the documents and paying 25% down, he set the date that my roof supplies would arrive ( Dec., 14) along with a dumpster (from a 3rd party), and the date the roofers would begin (Dec., 16). At 7:00 AM on 12/14 the supplier knocked on the door with his delivery; shortly thereafter, the dumpster was placed in the driveway. On Dec., 16 the roofing crew arrived at 7:00 AM and immediately started removing the old roof. At 9:56 AM the next day; the last shingle had been placed and the entire site was clear of all evidence that they had even been there. I cannot praise Lance Holman enough for his thoroughness throughout the project and I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Mike Gordon, Project Manager as well as the entire crew who very professionally and with craftsmanship. Thank you all at Bigfoot Roofing & Construction! By the way, because of Lance and Mike, I am pretty confident that our Church will be contracting with Bigfoot Roofing and Construction to replace our two roofs in Punta Gorda, FL as well. If your Googling roofing companies you can stop here. I vetted for over two months and interviewed and got estimates from more than a dozen roofing companies. Bigfoot won the bid. They did an absolutely outstanding job. Two solid days of work as they addressed every one of our concerns. Project Manager stayed engaged and the six workers never stopped. They repaired wood rot and tied into our Florida room which were two areas we were concerned about. Workers spent nearly two hours canvassing the yard for debris after they were done.
