It is with no reservation that we recommend Bigfoot Roofing & Construction. After much research and review of several companies, we chose to go with Bigfoot to tear off and reroof nine quadraplexes. We chose them because they were organized, thorough, and met all the licensing and business requirements we wanted. Lance Holman was our sales consultant and he worked consistently and efficiently throughout the bid process to secure all the insurance and licensing documentation we requested. He also produced all the waivers we requested for final payment in a timely fashion. John Conley, operations manager, communicated with us daily to help coordinate resident parking. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the jobsite, which was picked up and cleaned each and every day. The quality of the job is 10/10 and we received no complaints from any onsite residents. At all times, Lance and John were easily accessible and quick to provide whatever information we requested. Communication and customer relations rating is definitely a 10/10.
