Working with Bigfoot Roofing was a very pleasant and easy process. The lady at the front desk, Erin, served me with a smile - over the phone and in person. She was very nice and accommodating. The salesman, Mikal Flores was very polite and informative, including a heads up about a possible language barrier with the installer. It turned out not to be a problem at all, just as he predicted, but having the heads up was nice. The install process was smooth from beginning to end and I absolutely LOVE the outcome. So glad I hired Bigfoot Roofing for the reroof of my home. I requested several estimates from different contractors, however, it was the salesman Lance who impressed me the most. A recent roof leak left us with a need to have our roof tarped while we wait for insurance adjusters to evaluate the damage. Ethan did a very thorough exam of the roof, examined where the leak was coming from and even checked inside. He was pleasant and professional. We had the pleasure of a second visit when someone removed the tarp to examine the damage and didn't replace it properly. Ethan/Big Foot came back out quickly and took extra care in ensuring the tarp was placed correctly and reinforced. Highly recommend.

First of all, wow! A little history: our house was built in 1960 with a flat roof on half and pitch on the other. It needed a pitch on the flat roof, to be re-roofed, a front porch, and a front door. It was a long process to find someone willing to tackle this project. Bigfoot roofing was the one company that seemed willing to do this project. All the other companies way overbid on their pricing. Bigfoot roofing was very reasonable with their bid, and every crew that came out for Bigfoot to work on the project (including framing crew, roofing crew, and dry wall crew) was very professional and did an exceptional job. Lance, Bruce, Miguel, and Esvin (we met and know them all by name) were all top notch. The owner Kyle came by and checked on us several times personally. Bottom line: my wife and I could not be happier with the finished project.

We have used Bigfoot Roofing twice now. We had to replace the roof on a home we sold. They just finished the roof on the home we live in now. Everything was as promised. Lance was our representative and I have given his card to several people who have asked who did our roof. We have a group who do the "dinner" walk around the block and they commented on how quickly it was done and on how great it looks. Lance suggested we do a ridge vent vs the other vents we had. This will help on air flow in the attic. I would recommend Bigfoot to anyone. Lance also mentioned they have a construction side that can replace siding for hardy board. I will be calling them for this project next. I would to thank the crew. They cleaned up everything very well and were very professional.
