I HAD A CRACKED 2X4 IN MY ATTIC. I CALLED BIGFOOT ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH MIKAL FLORES. HE CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, RIGHT DOWN TO THE ATTACHING HARDWARE PATTERN. HE WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUE TO HIS WORDS AFTER REVIEWING FINAL REPAIR. I DIDN'T GET THE NAME OF THE REPAIR GUY BRINGING THIS ALL TOGETHER, BUT HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DETAILED IN HIS WORKMANSHIP. THANKS TO BOTH OF YOU GUYS. GREAT JOB!!

Lance and bigfoot roofing have done 3 roofs for us and all were done perfectly. A neighbor had a tree removed and the tree people damaged our roof. Lance worked with us and the company and made all repairs fast and efficient. Months later we noticed a spot yhat was damaged in the original incident but that i had missed. Lance jumped on the case and took care of everything and included it in the original job. Working with Lance has been a great experience and i highly recommened both him and Bigfoot Roofing.

Just had a reroofing from Bigfoot. Very pleased. Lance H. came out, did the estimate and explained the process thoroughly. I was worried about the peak of the roof because i had a leak that had attracted termites. Turns out, termites didn't do much damage. Miguel and team took the time to replace side trim pieces, as well as main plywood. My roof is extremely steep, and these aren't easy replacements. Especially in August heat. It looks great and no more leaks. Extremely happy

I had to have a lot of underlying, rotten wood, and a damaged valley, as well as leaking shingles to be replaced, on a very old roof. Looking at the repair work and the results, I am confident that the leaks into my house, and the structural damage, have been professionally repaired. He arrived on time, introduced himself and went about evaluating our damaged roof from hurricane Ian. Within an hour he had his proposal ready, sat down with me and went through every process of the project, showed us materials to choose from and a time frame to be completed.very professional and detailed in every manner. We scheduled our appointment in the coming days. And he reconfirmed the entire schedule of material arrival, drop box for the tear off and start of work. We suffered extensive damage to our roof during Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral, FL. After trying unsuccessfully to connect with many local Roofing Contractors a friend referred me to Lance Holman, Sales Consultant for Bigfoot Roofing of Jacksonville, FL. I dialed Lance and he literally picked up on the first ring. We established a date and time to meet and Lance arrived on time! We conducted a walk around and then Lance began preparing a quote; I received a completed quote, copy of his state license and copies of his insurances. Once I received HOA Architectual Review Committee approval and my initial check from my insurance company, I called Lance to sign the documents and we agreed on a day and time. Again, Lance arrived on time! Upon signing the documents and paying 25% down, he set the date that my roof supplies would arrive ( Dec., 14) along with a dumpster (from a 3rd party), and the date the roofers would begin (Dec., 16). At 7:00 AM on 12/14 the supplier knocked on the door with his delivery; shortly thereafter, the dumpster was placed in the driveway. On Dec., 16 the roofing crew arrived at 7:00 AM and immediately started removing the old roof. At 9:56 AM the next day; the last shingle had been placed and the entire site was clear of all evidence that they had even been there. I cannot praise Lance Holman enough for his thoroughness throughout the project and I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Mike Gordon, Project Manager as well as the entire crew who very professionally and with craftsmanship. Thank you all at Bigfoot Roofing & Construction! By the way, because of Lance and Mike, I am pretty confident that our Church will be contracting with Bigfoot Roofing and Construction to replace our two roofs in Punta Gorda, FL as well. Big Foot did our home reconstruction after Hurricane Michael and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were always on time and always did what they said - they even answered our phone calls and texts. We have been to other homes that have had work done and it makes us realize what an incredible job Big Foot did for us. We have a new roof, sky lights, windows, drywall, insulation, lighting, stucco, siding, gutters, flooring and paint. Great work! On time! On budget! And nice to boot! A 5 Star Plus review for sure! Oh, by the way, John is the BEST!

After calling at least 20 roofing companies for quotes after our roof was torn up by hurricane Michael we decided to go with Big Foot Roofing. Most of the companies that we called several times either never returned our calls, or said they would come give us a quote and never did. Of the 3 companies who actually gave us quotes Big Foot was THOUSANDS cheaper than the others. The wait was much shorter, and they were actually able to get yo our roof sooner than they had originally said. Our roof looks great, and I have one of the most picky husbands on the planet. You can tell they take pride in their work! I would recommend them to anyone!

Hurricane Michael, Panama City, FL Following the hurricane, my wife and I headed to Panama City to assist my 87 year old mother who had sustained wind damage to the shingles on her roof and the soffit(s) surrounding her house, as well as other damages. After several days and multiple phone calls, emails and texts to local roofing companies, we had few contacts or replies. The contacts we had failed to show to provide estimates for the repairs. One day we waited all day for one company to show-up and even after they made calls to say they'd arrive in an hour or later stated they'd be at the house in ten minutes, they did not appear. Needing food and other supplies, the three of us were leaving when we saw Damien Wade, Sales Representative for Big Foot Roofing & Construction, setting up yard signs along the right of way in Cedar's Crossing. I stopped and spoke with Damien, who provided us with a package containing the company's business licenses and business liability insurance and other documents. We set an appointment for the following day at 10 am and HE SHOWED UP! From the moment we met Damien he was polite, informative and responsive, and above all PROFESSIONAL. He surveyed the damage and provided my mom with a detailed estimate of the work to be accomplished. He agreed to also meet our deadline of completing the work by November 3rd, since my wife and I were returning to our home out of state and we wanted the work completed before we departed. Again, Damien delivered on his promises. He personally replaced the damaged shingles in multiple areas of the roof and provided soffit samples to the Big Foot team. He arranged for Big Foot employees, Josh and Grayland, a father-son team of carpenters, to accomplish the soffit repairs as prescribed. Periodically, John Conley, the Operations Manager and Damien came by to check on Josh and Grayland's progress. The job was accomplished in a first class fashion and the work area was cleaned up. Everyone at Big Foot was empathetic and responsive to helping us accomplish the repairs and put my mom's concerns at ease. We truly believe finding Damien was meant to be and we are thankful we met him and the Big Foot team. I highly recommend this company/team for your roofing needs. William H

After Hurricane Irma, like everyone else, we had a hard time finding someone we felt comfortable with to replace our roof. Lance was very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. The entire staff at Bigfoot put our minds at ease. They are amazing--but we just loved Lance. We recommended Bigfoot to our neighbor who had his roof replaced by Bigfoot as well. Due to Hurricane Irma, I was forced to file an extensive insurance claim for roof, interior drywall and painting and fence replacement. As a homeowner, this was my first experience in needing a contractor for repairs. I began my search on January 15, 2018. Bigfoot Roofing was my first call, I suppose because of its alphabetical placement. Lance Holman took my call and answered all of my questions. Within three days, he had inspected my damages, discussed their ability to work within my insurance settlement and provided me a contingency agreement. Since that time, I have been amazed by the quality of repairs and the professionalism and respectfulness of everyone involved. I cannot thank my lucky stars enough that my first call on the 15th of January was my best call. I needed a roof replaced due to hurricane Irma. I called several roofing companies and couldn’t get anyone to come out. I got a referral from a friend for Bigfoot Roofing: I worked with Lance Holman to get an estimate. He was very professional and gave me an estimate on site. When the roof work started I was impressed with how the men where very polite and did great work. I have dogs so I was concerned about nails but they did a great job of cleaning up. I also had a chimney repair and worked with Bruce and his team. All in all I would definitely recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find great work and great customer service but this company has it, thanks Lance, John and Bruce!
