I had my off-ridge vents replaced on my roof due to the negligence of a very bad builder who would not fix them. I picked this company because of the good reviews. Lance, who was my sales person is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. The installer came out today and it took him less than 2 hours to install the new vents. For now it looks like he did a good job from looking at it from the ground (I don't get on roofs anymore). I am glad I selected Bigfoot Roofing. They seem to back up their work. As a former Mayoral candidate and native in Jacksonville I have preached that we need to keep the good companies and get rid of the bad companies. So I highly endorse and recommend Bigfoot Roofing to everyone who either needs a new roof or repairs to a roof. I also find their pricing to be reasonable. Totally researched roofers for my new roof. I was extremely impressed with BigFoot roofing before hiring them. I was even more impressed after I hired them for my new roof. Excellant workmanship with alot of attention to details. John, Mitch, and the whole team were a pleasure to work with, they are the best roofing company in Jacksonville! Nothing but great things to say about them from my experience with them. 4 years later, we had a small issue with a water leak. The Team jumped right on it and took care of the problem under Warranty. I LOVE this company and their people!! Cant speak highly enough about them. They stand behind their work!!

We suffered extensive damage to our roof during Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral, FL. After trying unsuccessfully to connect with many local Roofing Contractors a friend referred me to Lance Holman, Sales Consultant for Bigfoot Roofing of Jacksonville, FL. I dialed Lance and he literally picked up on the first ring. We established a date and time to meet and Lance arrived on time! We conducted a walk around and then Lance began preparing a quote; I received a completed quote, copy of his state license and copies of his insurances. Once I received HOA Architectual Review Committee approval and my initial check from my insurance company, I called Lance to sign the documents and we agreed on a day and time. Again, Lance arrived on time! Upon signing the documents and paying 25% down, he set the date that my roof supplies would arrive ( Dec., 14) along with a dumpster (from a 3rd party), and the date the roofers would begin (Dec., 16). At 7:00 AM on 12/14 the supplier knocked on the door with his delivery; shortly thereafter, the dumpster was placed in the driveway. On Dec., 16 the roofing crew arrived at 7:00 AM and immediately started removing the old roof. At 9:56 AM the next day; the last shingle had been placed and the entire site was clear of all evidence that they had even been there. I cannot praise Lance Holman enough for his thoroughness throughout the project and I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Mike Gordon, Project Manager as well as the entire crew who very professionally and with craftsmanship. Thank you all at Bigfoot Roofing & Construction! By the way, because of Lance and Mike, I am pretty confident that our Church will be contracting with Bigfoot Roofing and Construction to replace our two roofs in Punta Gorda, FL as well. If your Googling roofing companies you can stop here. I vetted for over two months and interviewed and got estimates from more than a dozen roofing companies. Bigfoot won the bid. They did an absolutely outstanding job. Two solid days of work as they addressed every one of our concerns. Project Manager stayed engaged and the six workers never stopped. They repaired wood rot and tied into our Florida room which were two areas we were concerned about. Workers spent nearly two hours canvassing the yard for debris after they were done. It’s refreshing to know that there’s a professional roofing company here in. Jacksonville.

I am the very pleased recipient of a roof recently installed by Bigfoot. From beginning to end every aspect of their work was very impressive. They took great effort to safeguard the shrubbery and other property near the home during the tear-off process. They were extremely meticulous with the needed replacement of bad wood and the installation of the underlayment and new shingles. Through each of these steps, it appeared measures were taken to exceed or meet all of the current building code requirements. Upon completion, their clean-up was so complete as to make it appear they had never been here. The materials they suggested using compared very favorably by Consumer Reports to the products suggested on the other estimates I obtained and their rating by the Jacksonville Better Business Bureau is very good. Their representatives were very courteous and professional in all of their dealings with me. Their pricing was very competitive and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
