I’m working with John Valenti with Big Foot Roofing on repairs to the roof at one of the condo’s I manage. He has been great to work with. Very responsive and able to provide a repair quote to meet the Boards needs. This is the second time I’ve worked with Big Foot and they are fantastic to work with! I had my off-ridge vents replaced on my roof due to the negligence of a very bad builder who would not fix them. I picked this company because of the good reviews. Lance, who was my sales person is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. The installer came out today and it took him less than 2 hours to install the new vents. For now it looks like he did a good job from looking at it from the ground (I don't get on roofs anymore). I am glad I selected Bigfoot Roofing. They seem to back up their work. As a former Mayoral candidate and native in Jacksonville I have preached that we need to keep the good companies and get rid of the bad companies. So I highly endorse and recommend Bigfoot Roofing to everyone who either needs a new roof or repairs to a roof. I also find their pricing to be reasonable. They also give a one year warranty on the workmanship. James Moser

Lance and bigfoot roofing have done 3 roofs for us and all were done perfectly. A neighbor had a tree removed and the tree people damaged our roof. Lance worked with us and the company and made all repairs fast and efficient. Months later we noticed a spot yhat was damaged in the original incident but that i had missed. Lance jumped on the case and took care of everything and included it in the original job. Working with Lance has been a great experience and i highly recommened both him and Bigfoot Roofing.

Lance shares his extensive experience and knowledge of all things roofing in an easy to understand way. He takes his time, does not rush, and is always happy to answer any questions I have. On time good job. Provided pictures of wood added before and after. Provided all paperwork needed. This is third building that they have provided roof for me. Price is good. Would recommend. Should work a little better on nail clean up.

Bigfoot put a roof on my house 5 years ago so when it was time for a new chimney cap, I called them. From the office personnel to the on sight fabricator, the job was handled concisely and accurately. When it's time, I'll hire them again!
