Working with Bigfoot Roofing was a very pleasant and easy process. The lady at the front desk, Erin, served me with a smile - over the phone and in person. She was very nice and accommodating. The salesman, Mikal Flores was very polite and informative, including a heads up about a possible language barrier with the installer. It turned out not to be a problem at all, just as he predicted, but having the heads up was nice. The install process was smooth from beginning to end and I absolutely LOVE the outcome. The beautiful morning soft glow the sun tunnel provides is better than I expected. (Pictures below) I’m a happy customer. Thank you Mikal and the Bigfoot Roofing staff. You did a great job!! 😊

We have used Bigfoot Roofing twice now. We had to replace the roof on a home we sold. They just finished the roof on the home we live in now. Everything was as promised. Lance was our representative and I have given his card to several people who have asked who did our roof. We have a group who do the "dinner" walk around the block and they commented on how quickly it was done and on how great it looks. Lance suggested we do a ridge vent vs the other vents we had. This will help on air flow in the attic. I would recommend Bigfoot to anyone. Lance also mentioned they have a construction side that can replace siding for hardy board. I will be calling them for this project next. I would to thank the crew. They cleaned up everything very well and were very professional.

I was looking around for months for a roofer due to my insurance company requiring a new roof. Lance was the professional that gave me my estimate. Most other roofers gave me a run around and wasn’t clear about the details and costs. Lance cut straight to what I needed and gave me a realistic estimate for what I needed. Bigfoot wasn’t the most expensive but also wasn’t cheapest either. If you want a good quality roof at a fair price with an honest company, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Due to Hurricane Irma, I was forced to file an extensive insurance claim for roof, interior drywall and painting and fence replacement. As a homeowner, this was my first experience in needing a contractor for repairs. I began my search on January 15, 2018. Bigfoot Roofing was my first call, I suppose because of its alphabetical placement. Lance Holman took my call and answered all of my questions. Within three days, he had inspected my damages, discussed their ability to work within my insurance settlement and provided me a contingency agreement. Since that time, I have been amazed by the quality of repairs and the professionalism and respectfulness of everyone involved. I cannot thank my lucky stars enough that my first call on the 15th of January was my best call.
