I had a shingle fall off the roof of a purchased home the year before. I had needed to transfer the warranty within 1month. They not only honored the warranty, they glued the shingle and inspected rest. They say it happens occasionally but no chance of leak due to overlap. They sent me the warranty transferred for remaining 6 year term! Thanks Bigfoot! That is customer service!!!!

I could not have made a better choice with this roofing company! The attention to detail from the beginning was amazing. Every consideration was given to making the right choices for my new roof, the correct shingles, attention to my driveway so it would not be damaged, protecting the landscape, answering ALL of my questions, explaining everything as the project progressed and the final cleanup was perfect right down to my very clean gutters when they finished. Even the city inspector was impressed when he did the final inspection. THANK you Kyle and Miguel and your wonderful workers for a job WELL DONE! LOVE my new roof!!

We were very pleased with Bigfoot Roofing. Alex Watson did the estimate, all the planning, permits, follow ups, and supplied the necessary paperwork that helped us lower our homeowner's insurance with a wind mitigation report, and the documentation needed to get a rebate from the roofing materials manufacturer. Our home needed over 30 sheets of decking, many feet of fascia due to neglect from former owners, and we also had a solar tube and skylight replaced. Every aspect of the job was to our satisfaction. When the job was completed the workmen raked our yard and cleaned up any debris. I would used them again if I ever needed a roof and recommend them to anyone thinking of needing roof work. A fantastic company to deal with.
