Bigfoot Roofing recently replaced my roof. After being in contact with several roofing companies Bigfoot was the only one willing to replace my flat roof for a fair price. Lance kept me updated on all the steps and was in contact with me to make sure everything was going well. The team had my roof completely replaced in one day with a few hours the next day for touch ups and final sweep of the yard. Susan processed my payment quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I know I am not the easiest person to work with but they were very accommodating. I will only use this company from now on.

The quick answer here is to just go ahead and hire Bigfoot Roofing and don’t look back. If you’re here for the long version: My wife and I had done a thorough search and thought we were retaining the best when we contacted Company A. Our simple request for an inspection/estimate from this company quickly turned into a heavy push to go after our insurance carrier to cover the replacement. We took the bait, and after 6 long months we were not one step closer to replacing out roof (that we originally wanted to purchase, outright, with ordinary American Dollars) material prices were steadily climbing, and we were now being advised to roll the dice with some random litigator and sue a multinational conglomerate for time-TBD! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ At that point I reached out to another trusted source, explained our frustration, and he recommended Bigfoot. I called and John came out pretty much right away. Within a few weeks we had a beautiful brand new roof. Selection, installation, and settlement were a breeze. The cost for this astounding service? Just an apples-to-apples replacement for thousands of (American) dollars less than the quote from Company A! We jumped on it right away. Like every seasoned and sophisticated Jax homeowner, I can recognize spectacular value any time it slaps me square across the face. I am the kind of person who likes to check, double check and then check again. So I will save you some time in your search for a good roofing company- it's Bigfoot Roofing. I got quotes from at least 4 companies (they all quoted around the same amount) Bigfoot gave me an estimate for over half off of what I had found elsewhere. I would have thought it too good to be true but I had found them through a personal referral from a friend. They gave me Lance Holman's contact details and from there it was smooth sailing. He was professional, efficient and took the time to explain the in's and out's. He provided photographic reviews (which none of the other so called Big Boy companies had done). They arrived on the promised day and my roof looks amazing. Fantastic quality and i can't stop looking at it! After calling at least 20 roofing companies for quotes after our roof was torn up by hurricane Michael we decided to go with Big Foot Roofing. Most of the companies that we called several times either never returned our calls, or said they would come give us a quote and never did. Of the 3 companies who actually gave us quotes Big Foot was THOUSANDS cheaper than the others. The wait was much shorter, and they were actually able to get yo our roof sooner than they had originally said. Our roof looks great, and I have one of the most picky husbands on the planet. I had a roof leak repaired by Bigfoot Roofing. Their services were reasonably priced, and they fixed the leak. They took a bit longer than I would prefer to come to my house and make the repair. They also failed to fix the leak the first time out. However, they came back and made additional repairs without additional charges. On that basis, would recommend them and use them again.
