I cannot say enough good things about Bigfoot Roofing. Lance made the process as easy as possible. This was my first time hiring a contractor, so I had a ton of questions. Lance was happy to answer everything and was very transparent about pricing and what to expect. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make sure that my home and I were taken care of. Exceptional company and even better team.

All three rain last weekend revealed a big leak in the roof. Called Monday morning and within a couple hours received a visit by Mikal Flores who inspected, put together an estimate and had an appt set for repair on Wednesday. On Wednesday Kelvin was actually early and had the repair done, including clean up in about 2 hours. Great service! Would 100% recommend.

Had such a great experience Lance was our guy explained everything to my dad and me and was understanding with dad being only Spanish speaking and had to translate but overall amazing customer service if I had a question he answered so fast would recommend this company to any one fair rates on roofing also best service in Jacksonville you won’t regret the craftsmanship of there work

Estimated was done price 525.00 dollars for flashing repair Project manager Miguel Rodriguez -was professional and Honest and has impeccable integrity qualities hard to find these days , great asset to the company. I recently hired a roofing company for repairs on my home and was highly impressed with their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills. They were thorough in assessing the damage and explaining the work that needed to be done, keeping me informed every step of the way. The finished result was impeccable and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in need of quality work and exceptional customer service.

We had a great experience with Bigfoot Roofing. Lance was an awesome dude. We received a fair quote, much lower than the other 6 estimates that we received. Lance sat down and explained everything that would happen. He answered all of our questions honestly. I can’t say enough good things about Lance. A week and a half after we agreed to use Bigfoot it was completed (2 day project). Miguel kept me informed with what was going on every step of the way. They were very diligent in the clean up process, which I was very pleased with. Overall this was a great experience for us! Thanks Lance, Miguel and the Bigfoot team!

This is my third experience with having a new roof installed. I cannot emphasize the outstanding difference using Bigfoot Roofing. Ethan Elmes Came to my home, gave a very detailed explanation of the entire process, helped me with paperwork and was communicating with me through finish. My roof looks fantastic. Mike Gordon came each day of installation , the roof was completed in two days. I would rate my experience exceptional.

Bigfoot Roofing recently replaced my roof. After being in contact with several roofing companies Bigfoot was the only one willing to replace my flat roof for a fair price. Lance kept me updated on all the steps and was in contact with me to make sure everything was going well. The team had my roof completely replaced in one day with a few hours the next day for touch ups and final sweep of the yard. Susan processed my payment quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I know I am not the easiest person to work with but they were very accommodating. I will only use this company from now on.

I had to have had my roof replaced thanks to Hurricane Ian. My insurance company contracted Big Foot Roofing. and they were absolutely amazing, efficient and very neat. They were on my roof at 6.30am on a Wednesday morning and by 3pm on the Thursday afternoon they were done with my roof. The crew were very courteous. I was super impressed with them and would definitely recommend them. Mike Gordon kept me up to date with every step of the process. Up to and including the roof replacement I was never in the dark. Im very happy with my new roof - it looks awesome. Thank You.

Bigfoot Roofing replaced our roof and did a remodel job for our den. We have an older house and the den added some challenges. The site supervisor, owner, and Lance came up with solutions to overcome all issues in the most reasonable way. It was a pleasure working with Lance from beginning to end. Lance maintained constant communication with us at all times by only being a phone call away! Everything turned out wonderful and I would highly recommend Bigfoot to any and everyone.

I worked on 3 different quotes to get my roof done and out of the 3, Lance from Bigfoot was the only one who actually listened to me and gave me a quote based on my needs not his business needs. I'm happy I went with them because they kept me updated at all times with each step right down to the dumpster. Also, when there was a small spot of material that needed to be ordered to finish, the owner, Kyle, himself called to update me with his sexy voice lol. Shortly after, the project manager Miguel stopped by to update me in person (btw he has the cutest freckles I've ever seen on a man...just soo cute). What can I say, this company not only did an amazing job but looked good doing it hahaha
